Real estate marketing has gotten really complicated.

In an often competitive and cyclical real estate market connecting with clients and potential clients is essential especially if you struggle with lead generation. This book is a well written and organized step by step manual for using Facebook, specifically written for realtor’s to ensure that you avoid making common mistakes on Facebook . The language is easy to follow, the steps are laid out for you, and best of all you can implement the plan right away with little or no out of pocket cost. If you are looking for a leg up on the competition a properly used Facebook page is a great way to get started. Even if you already use Facebook the content, structure, and frequency of your posts may be doing more harm than good and you don’t even realize it….yet.

I found this book to be full of common sense ideas on how to make your face book page / advertising flourish. The surprising part to me was that I had missed quite a few of the common sense ideas expressed in this book.

I’ve read several books on this subject and this is one of the better ones. Has some great tips. Mainly focuses on how to use the Business Fan Page to market your real estate business. Some takeaways he has a great 4 step blueprint to lead generation on Facebook, tips to get more likes, and How to create FB ads to name a few. I was very impressed and recommend this book to all realtors thinking of making FB a part of their marketing. Well worth the price.

I found this book to be the most helpful of all the Facebook marketing tips for realtors. Many others were salesy and only wanted you to buy services to market for you. It took some time and effort, but it was worth doing this myself. This book offered me comprehensive and practical tips that I could implement myself.
